Journey into Bodywork & Yoga

My journey is rooted in intuitive bodywork and yoga. I stepped onto this path in Southern California in 1997 and have continued expanding my training and awareness. In 1997, I became a licensed massage therapist and started my yoga mentorships. In 1999, I discovered Yamuna body rolling, all of which deepened my understanding of the body and movement.

Training, Certifications & Water Work

In 2003, I became a STOTT Pilates instructor, and in 2007 I had the special opportunity to become a certified Watsu practitioner at Harbin Hot Springs. In 2013, I founded Source On High – a wellness studio that incorporated float tanks and fostered a healing community of seasoned practitioners. Aquatic bodywork, floating, and anything to do with water continue to inspire my work. Craniosacral therapy and Reiki are also parts of my private practice and guide how I approach a person in the treatment room.

Skin, Science & Ongoing Study

During COVID in 2021, I returned to school and added licensed esthetician to my private practice.

Beyond the Treatment Room

Outside of my work, I enjoy nature, art, science, and music. My three daughters are the light of my life.

Why Water

Water taught me how to hold, and how to let go.
