Journey into Bodywork & Yoga

My path is rooted in intuitive bodywork and yoga. I stepped onto this path in Southern California in 1997 and have continued expanding my training and awareness ever since. In 1997, I became a licensed massage therapist and began my yoga mentorships. In 1999, I discovered Yamuna body rolling, which deepened my understanding and movement.

Training, Certifications & Water Work

In 2003 I became a STOTT Pilates instructor, and in 2007 a certified Watsu practitioner at Harbin Hot Springs. In 2013, I founded Source On High, a wellness studio that fostered a healing community. Aquatic bodywork, floating, and water continue to inspire my work. Craniosacral therapy and Reiki guide how I approach each person.

Skin, Science & Ongoing Study

During COVID in 2021, I returned to school and added licensed esthetician to my private practice.

Beyond the Treatment Room

Outside of my work, I enjoy nature, art, science, and music. My three daughters are the light of my life.
